  2. Lots of Dominis/Jones family descendants in Boston, and we are dying to see this movie. I've been trying to find a theater since everyone else saw it in Honolulu last fall. Mahalo for posting these theaters, I'm going to call them right away for tickets!

  3. Definately not the fiction in Michener's 'Hawaii'. Glad to see some historical research and fairness in the telling of this story. Sad to see that the forces of greed and power can influence those from western powers, even the children of missionaries, and smear the names of their parents (such as Asa and Lucy Thurston), who did so much for and were loved by the Hawaiians.
